Who are we?

Cosmétic Provence Industry (CPI) is a French, family-run company based in the Vaucluse, at the foot of the Mont-Ventoux regional nature park.

As a custom manufacturer, we provide you with all the necessary skills to create your projects: own brand or distributed brand.

Every year we design hundreds of formulas and samples, and manufacture thousands of packaged units.

We develop your cosmetics, shampoo and skin care project for you, and above all with you, for a successful outsourcing partnership.

Over 40 years of expertise

For more than 40 years, we have been specialists in the formulation and production of natural and organic cosmetics. From the creation of the product with our Research and Development department to its production, packaging and shipping.

1910
René-Maurice Gattefossé, a French chemist, discovered aromatherapy and the healing properties of Lavender after burning himself.
1980
Creation of the Algovital Laboratory by pharmacists and health specialists from the Oxford Clinic in Cannes.
2008
Christophe GILLES, the manager of the group, is developing the organic sector through Algovital and the Distillerie du Mont-Ventoux, in Mormoiron.
2011
Commitment of the Algovital Laboratory to Ecocert.
2012
Opening of the Mormoiron Laboratories in Vaucluse and cultivation of fallow land. Official opening of the workshop shop to welcome the public.
2016
Strong development of the activity at national and international level.
2020
Creation of a new state-of-the-art production site in Saint-Pierre-de-Vassols, in the Vaucluse in the heart of the Mont-Ventoux natural park.
2022
Construction of 2000 m² storage sheds.
2023
Construction in progress of the new research and development laboratory and the 900 m² head office in Saint Pierre de Vassols Vaucluse.
